About the Course
This half-day course is designed as the perfect follow up to the Learn to Meditate workshops, though anyone can attend and receive benefit. Perfect for beginners or those wishing to establish a daily practice of meditation, we will discover how to use the art of mindfulness to integrate meditation into our daily life. By learning the benefits and how we can skilfully bring our meditation into every aspect of our life, we will discover the key to a happy, balanced life and experience genuine transformation from within. In this way we can become the relaxed and joyful person we wish to be and find real meaning and fulfillment.
